A: Yes, all purchases over $48 include free standard USPS or UPS shipping (depending on order size) in the continental United States. Please allow 1-4 days depending on your location.

A: 30 day, no questions asked returns accepted if not completely satisfied. Just ask for a return label (cost will be deducted from refund).

A: Yes, we offer full refund or exchange.
A: When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
A: When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

A: Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of order being received.
A: Submit a return request and we will email you a reurn label. Cost of label will be deducted from your refund.When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
A: Refunds are processed to original payment source within 10 days of return but may take 1 billing cycle to be reflected on your statement.

A: Remove from plastic bag: Take the shaper out of its packaging.
Massage to flatten: Gently massage the shaper with an open palm to help flatten it, as the inner fibers may have shifted during shipping.
Insert into handbag: Carefully place the shaper inside your handbag, ensuring it fits snugly without overstuffing or distorting the bag's shape.

A: Always store them in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight or hot lighting.

A: Surface clean only, do not wash.

To refresh, simply throw your Bag-a-Vie shaper in your dryer once a month to refresh and recharge their moisture absorbing qualities.
A: Our Birkin Pillow Shapers are made by design to store your Birkin without closing or locking the bag. Storing your bag closed will in time mark the leather and hardware and stretch the straps. Will also leave an imprint of the flap if closed.
